Work With Me
Whether you need a project finally finished or someone to own your operations, there is a clear place to start. Every engagement begins with understanding how your business actually runs.

Laurie McAleenan, founder Task Owl
Hours when you know what you need done. Projects when you need a finished result. Partnership when you need someone to own it.
Find the real bottleneck and a plan to fix it.
Hand off the projects and tasks that keep stalling.
Ongoing leadership for your operations.
• You know what needs to get done, but don’t have the hours
• You have a specific project that keeps getting pushed back
• You want to stay in charge of the work, just not do all of it
• You’re the only one who knows how anything actually works
• You have a team, but you’re still doing all the coordinating
• Growth is making things harder instead of easier

Begin With Clarity
Most founders already know something needs to change. What's missing is a clear picture of where to start and a plan that fits how you already work. The Business Operations Review gives you both.
• 90-minute strategy session with Laurie covering your systems, team structure, and growth goals
• Custom 90-day action plan with your highest-impact priorities
• About 10 hours of audit and planning work

Projects With a Finish Line
Some work needs a clear plan, a defined scope, and a finish line. You pay one flat price for the finished result, not by the hour. Launch Management keeps your timeline, team, and tasks moving so launch week feels steady. Launch Funnel Setup builds your pages, forms, emails, and automations so every lead gets followed up.
Flat project fee | Funnel Setup starting at $1,400

Most partnerships begin with a Business Operations Review, so your first 90 days start with a clear plan.
Every partnership starts with getting to know each other. This short questionnaire takes about 10 minutes and helps me come to our discovery call prepared. Share a bit about your business, your team, and what’s feeling heavy right now, so we can spend our time on what matters most to you.
How Pricing Works

I spent eight years as a Technical Illustrator and Documentation Specialist supporting the NASA Space Shuttle program, where clear process was not optional. Today I bring that same precision to small businesses as a virtual assistant and Accredited Online Business Manager.
I’m at my best getting work done and across the finish line. That includes the projects that keep operations running smoothly, like setting up a project management tool, organizing workflows, or finally finishing the project that keeps getting pushed back. Whether you need an extra set of skilled hands or someone to own how your business runs, I’ll help you find the right fit for where you are right now.
Ready to choose your support but still have a few questions? Here’s what founders usually ask about pricing, hours, and getting started. If you don’t see yours, book a discovery call, and we’ll talk it through.
With Project Support Hours, you direct the work and Laurie completes it. With an OBM Partnership, Laurie takes ownership of your operations, sets priorities, manages projects and people, and keeps the whole business moving.
Each option is built for a different kind of support. Project Support Hours are paid by the hour because you direct the work. Launch and Funnel Projects have a flat fee because you're paying for a finished result, so you never need to watch the clock. OBM Partnership is a monthly investment because Laurie takes ownership of your operations, including planning, priorities, and team coordination, not just the tasks.
You purchase a 5-hour or 10-hour block up front and use the hours for any mix of services within 6 months. Laurie tracks your time and shares regular updates on what's been completed.
It depends on the kind of support you choose:
Project Support Hours: No contract. These are prepaid blocks with no monthly minimums.
Launch and funnel projects: Each one has an agreed scope, price, and finish line before work begins.
OBM Partnership: Yes. Partnerships are a monthly retainer with a 3-month minimum. That gives us time to set up your systems and hand them off to your team well. The contract sets clear expectations on both sides, including hours, priorities, and what your team will take over.
