That means setting up systems, managing projects, and getting your team ready to carry the work forward. I offer both, so you can start with the level of support you need now.
I'm not sure what I need. Where should I start?
Most clients start with a Business Operations Review. We find the real bottleneck and map out a 90-day plan, so you know exactly what to fix first. If you already know what needs to get done and just need the hours, Project Support Hours are a simple place to begin.
How much does it cost?
Support starts at $375 for a block of Project Support Hours, and OBM Partnerships start at $1,750 per month. Every option is priced up front, with no hidden fees. See all pricing
What happens when our work together ends?
That depends on how we work together:
Project Support Hours: When your block is used up, you can buy more hours whenever you need them. There's no pressure and no lapse in quality when you come back.
Launch and funnel projects: When the project is complete, I walk you through an offboarding process so you know exactly what was built and how to use it. From there, you can start a new project or move into an OBM Partnership.
OBM Partnership: Your team takes over with documented systems they can follow. Every process is written down, tested, and walked through with the people who will run it.
Wherever you start, you can keep building from there as your business grows.
What tools do you work with?
I work in many mainstream tools, including Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Dubsado, and more. I work inside the tools your business already uses, so your team doesn't have to learn a new system.
If you use a tool I haven't worked in yet, I pick up new systems quickly. Depending on the tool, some learning time may be billed, and we'll agree on that before we begin. And if something in your current setup isn't working, I'll recommend a simpler way that fits how your business actually runs.
Can I change my support level later?
Yes. Many clients start with hours or a project and move into a partnership as their needs grow.
