Terms of Service
Welcome to Task Owl. Task Owl is a brand of Task Owl VA, LLC. By accessing this website (taskowlva.com) or engaging services, digital products, or resources offered by Task Owl VA, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before using this website or engaging our services.
Scope of Services
Task Owl is a strategic growth practice providing Online Business Manager (OBM) services, project-based operational support, and digital tools for founders and small business owners.
Our services include:
-
Strategic operational consulting and OBM partnership

All services are delivered according to a defined scope, timeline, and workflow structure, as outlined during discovery, onboarding, or written agreement.
Task Owl coordinates both strategy and execution through a single relationship. Laurie serves as the strategic point of contact, bringing in trusted team members as needed so clients are not left managing multiple vendors.
Task Owl does not provide on-demand, real-time, or full-time administrative support unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Task Owl reserves the right to decline service requests that:
-
Fall outside our scope of expertise
-
Require on-demand availability
-
Present ethical, security, or workload conflicts
When possible, referrals to other qualified professionals will be provided.
Scheduling & Workflow Expectations
All work is:

Planned and scheduled in advance
-
Deadline-driven
-
Integrated into an active engagement workflow
Engaging Task Owl does not guarantee immediate availability or unlimited responsiveness. Strategic work and execution support are scoped and scheduled to protect quality, focus, and sustainability, both for our clients and for our team.
This structure is essential to delivering reliable, thoughtful work and avoiding rushed or reactive execution.
