Who is Task Owl, VA?
Task Owl VA is my solo-run business, built to support entrepreneurs who are ready to stop juggling and start streamlining. I offer strategic, behind-the-scenes support that helps you reclaim your time, organize your operations, and move forward with more clarity and ease.
Whether you need a Virtual Assistant, an Online Business Manager, or a one-time project fix, I’m here to be the calm in your business chaos—and a trusted partner you can count on.
My Philosophy
I believe that running a business shouldn't mean doing everything alone. With the right systems, clear communication, and thoughtful support, your daily operations can feel calm, not chaotic. Whether I’m managing your inbox, refining your workflows, or helping you move toward your next big goal, my approach is rooted in clarity, consistency, and respect for your time. Because sustainable growth starts with intentional operations—and you don’t have to carry it all.

My Background
I started my career as a document analyst for NASA’s Space Shuttle program, supporting a 1,000-member operations team with technical writing, audit coordination, and process documentation. After stepping away from corporate life to raise my family, I transitioned into freelance design and digital entrepreneurship, building my own creative business from the ground up.
That real-world experience, combined with my background in operations, is what led me to launch Task Owl VA. Today, I provide fractional business support for entrepreneurs, creatives, and service providers—especially financial advisors, artists, and solo business owners wearing too many hats. My services range from inbox and calendar management to design audits, SOP development, and client communication systems.
I hold a B.S. in Graphic Design from Florida Southern College and an MFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University.
Beyond the Business
I live and work in Chesterfield, Virginia, where I stay actively involved in the local small business community through networking and collaboration. I value curiosity, intentional living, and thoughtful communication, both in business and life.
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me painting, crafting, reading, or spending quiet time in nature—observing the world, soaking in the details, and finding the stillness that helps fuel my creativity.
